Для книг, яким потрібні ліки гарні,
Відкрилась книжчина лікарня,
Лікарем стане кожен із Вас
У вільний день, у вільний час.
У школі для учнів 1-4 класів працює "Книжкова лікарня", тут надають швидку допомогу "потерпілим". Звідси старі, пошарпані книжки виходять такими приємними на вигляд, що їх відразу хочеться взяти до рук і прочитати.
Клей, картон, ножиці - ось основні інструменти, за допомогою яких "лікують" книги.
Бібліотекар надає учням консультації, показує, як потрібно ремонтувати книгу, як берегти книгу, як її читати, правильно користуватися нею.
Книжки - як люди: народжуються, живуть, старіють. Як і люди, можуть хворіти. А захворівши, потребують лікування. Для хворих книжок теж є спеціальні лікарні. Тільки вони називаються по-іншому: реставраційні майстерні, і в нашій бібліотеці теж є така майстерня тільки вона називається "Книжкова лікарня".
Однак усі знають: будь-яку хворобу краще попередити, ніж вилікувати. І радять берегти здоров'я. Зокрема позбутися поганих звичок.
